Acceptance of the application by YPCI manager converts it into a full contract and shall be considered a binding agreement between the exhibitor and YPCI. This agreement is subject to the terms of the master lease between YPCI and Omni Shoreham Hotel. Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save YPCI and Omni Shoreham Hotel, city of Washington, DC and the employees and agents of each harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons of property, government charges for fines, attorney fees arising out of or caused by the exhibitors’ installations, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exposition premises or a part of thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of YPCI and OSH. In addition, exhibitor acknowledges that YPCI and Omni Shoreham Hotel do not maintain insurance covering exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
